What Information do we Collect?

Promethean will not collect any personally identifiable information about you, unless you voluntarily choose to provide it to us (e.g., by providing us with non-business related information or information not related to your work with your company). If you do not want your personal information collected, please do not submit it to us.
When you visit the site and request more information or enter product support related information, the type of information that we collect would likely not be considered personal information since in most cases you are providing it on behalf of your company and/or it is business information. For example, we will collect your name, business e-mail address and other business contact information, and where applicable, Promethean product support related information. We may also collect feedback and comments you provide to us, which could be personal information, and any personal information you do voluntarily provide.
Although much of the information that you might submit to our site is likely not to be considered personal information, we take our privacy obligations to you and your business seriously and protect such information to a similar degree that we protect any personal information you do provide.

If you wish to review the data we have on file about you, please send a written request with a check payable to Promethean Logic Incorporated for $15 (handling fee) to our Privacy Officer.
